"“I think I was initially intrigued because of the simple idea of the concept of tiny movements. Not this concept of everything you are and contain is wrong and we are gonna change it. It lured me in with the idea that I contained what I needed but needed some simple awareness and pointing in the right direction, with round edges.
I have tried many things that had worked for a time. But nothing was instilled so deep in me that it felt like a natural response. Other books and therapy contained so many good concepts and content but it didn't remain in my veins, then I would fall back into old patterns.
I ended up pulling the trigger when TJ emailed me. It wasn't a sales pitch, it wasn't an emergency, It was humanity. He said "hey Annie, i reread your last email' and I thought, ok here is a man who is not just trying for numbers but genuinely seems to want to help people because he knows it works and it translated in his email. It felt tactile and personal and raw and real. It felt obtainable for the first time. He took the time to re-read something I wrote and comment on it further, if he will do that then his class seems like it will be similar. If he cared that much he was worth it.
The language is so clear and well done. He doesn’t say that the old you is horrible and terrible and we gotta fix it but rather, "hey you used to choose this but you have the ability to choose this and it is all connected and it isn't bad, we just need to sort some stuff out.” His language makes you believe you can and you already have started. There is no judgement in these concepts, you are met with kindness and understanding and knowledge. It has been done successfully and it will work, just stay in it. That to me is life changing.”
“I need you to know just how much I hold back because this, your course, is unreal. I don't know how you did it. I don't know how I walk away each time feeling more trust and confidence in myself and belief that I can accomplish those things I dreamed of. I am not just blowing smoke up your ass, I honestly believe in what you have created so deeply. It has changed by day to day life, my thought process, my patterns, I have such awareness and I know where to turn. It is what I have always been searching for. And we aren't even done with the modules. I need a part two haha, I need a second course.”
“When I found Tiny Shifts… I knew I was in a bad place but wasn't sure what to do about it. YOUR words, humor and enthusiasm for the course started drawing me in. Once your personal story was posted it became real and encouraging that this was doable.
I have tried therapy in the past, read Atomic Habits, some Brianna West, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle…I had a hard time paying attention or could not relate to them. I did find some peace but everything else did not fall into place, with Tiny Shifts it is starting to.
I felt like Tiny Shifts fell in my lap when I needed it. There is something in every module to discover. The one hitting me the hardest and making an impact I was not expecting is module 9. It provided a significant sense of realization and a path for managing stress that I can actually implement.
The part with you reading each module helps remind me that a real person has been successful at this course. I really appreciate how each module flows into the next…I believe this course was something I didn't know I was looking for. And for that I thank you."
“I’ve tried pretty much everything you can think of. A lot of things gave me awareness or temporary insight, but I struggled to incorporate them into my everyday life in a way that genuinely shifted me. I think what was really missing was actual integration and real change. Nothing ever really felt like it got to the core of things for me. Tiny Shifts felt more realistic, raw, and honest, which is what initially drew me to it.
What made me finally join was honestly the feeling that this approach was different. It didn’t feel performative or like it was trying to “fix” people in some exaggerated way. It felt more grounded and human.
Before Tiny Shifts, I think I was looking for clarity, direction, peace, and genuine change. I wanted something that felt honest and realistic instead of surface-level motivation. I think I was searching for a way to feel more connected to myself, more grounded, and less stuck in the same mental and emotional loops. What surprised me most was how much the course made me reflect on myself in ways I wasn’t expecting. I thought it would mostly just be about habits or mindset shifts, but it went a lot deeper than that. It challenged patterns, emotional reactions, avoidance, and even the way I relate to myself and other people. It felt less like consuming content and more like actually confronting things I usually overthink, avoid, or intellectualize.”

This course is really touching people...appropriately.
It even got Andrew to start spelling 'your' as 'yer'.
Imagine what could change in you...
"Pushed me to hire a personal trainer and lose weight with no bs excuses. Made me really choose being in the now and not in a made up land where the world owes me and I'm the victim...
Didn't realize it took just a realistic approach, and honestly a fun one, in order to make my life better. Don't need to do the whole toxic "Yer a man! FUCKING HOLD THE BOAT!"
Thanks brother."

"Tiny Shifts landed deeper for me that I expected - the biggest thing I took from it was realizing how many of my reactions were just old patterns running on autopilot. The Modules around noticing the patterns first before trying to 'fix' anything were very powerful for me.
One idea that stayed with me is that a small moment of awareness can interrupt the whole cycle and that we should start no matter what our brain tells us. I also appreciated how grounded and honest the tone of the course felt. It didn't feel like 'fix yourself' advice, more like an invitation to become aware and compassionate with your own patterns which made it easier to actually apply."

"Module 4 complete, one more to go, though honestly I don't want it to end. You are doing something good... I truly believe this kind of discussion is so needed, now more than ever. I am just excited to see where your vision takes you with this... The world needs that kind of positivity and I hope it comes back to you too."
