Tiny Shifts is six weeks of guided identity and pattern work — built around one core idea:

You don't change by trying harder. You change by understanding what's actually running the show.

The patterns keeping you stuck aren't random. They made sense once — to a version of you that needed them. This work makes them visible, helps you understand where they came from, and gives you the tools to interrupt them before they keep making decisions for you.

What You'll Work Through

Week 1 — The Foundation Why you avoid. Why confidence isn't the problem. Why perfection is holding you hostage. The first honest look at what identity actually is, how it operates, and why it fights back when you try to change it.

Week 2 — The Compass Here we begin confronting who you actually are, who you may be performing, and who you could be if fear stopped making the decisions. We trace where that fear came from and why it tightens its grip the older we get.

Then deeper into ST.CHILD — origin and evolution. A framework built over sixteen years of personal work. Seven states you already move through, made visible and navigable. This is where it becomes a tool you carry with you. Something you learn to use in real time.

Week 3 & 4 — Momentum Pattern interruption. Behavior that builds identity instead of the other way around. What to do when motivation disappears — because it will. How to keep moving when nothing is rewarding you for it. And how to stop quitting before it becomes behavior.

Week 5 & 6 — The Build System creation and integration. How to build a way of living that doesn't require constant self-override. How to make the shifts sustainable. And what it looks like when the work stops feeling like work — and starts feeling like who you are.
